Everyday document work without the usual friction.

Merge PDFs into one organized file

Combine invoices, reports, forms or scanned pages in one pass. Files are merged in the order shown, giving you a single document that is easier to send, archive or print.

Split and organize selected pages

Enter a page range such as 1-3, 6, 9-11 to extract only the pages you need. You can also remove unwanted pages while preserving the rest of the document.

Convert between images and PDF

Create a PDF from multiple JPG or PNG images, or export each page of a PDF as a JPG. Image exports are bundled into one ZIP download for convenience.

Finish documents with useful details

Rotate pages, add page numbers or apply a text watermark. These small finishing tools help prepare documents for sharing, review and filing.

How to merge PDFs in your browser

Combining several PDF documents into one file keeps related paperwork together — for example, joining scanned receipts into a single expense report, or bundling chapters of a draft before sending it for review. This tool joins your files entirely on your own device: nothing is uploaded, so even sensitive documents never leave your computer.

  1. Add your PDFs. Select two or more PDF files. They are listed in the order you picked them.
  2. Arrange the order. Move files up or down until the final document reads the way you want — the first file in the list becomes the first pages of the merged PDF.
  3. Merge and download. Press the merge button and save the combined file. The original files on your device are left untouched.

Tip: if your files are large, merge in batches of five to ten at a time — browsers handle smaller jobs more reliably, and you can merge the results again afterwards.

Merging contracts and scans without uploading them

Because the merge runs in your browser, sensitive paperwork — contracts, ID scans, bank statements — never has to be sent to a stranger's server, and no copy is kept anywhere. The tool joins whole files in the order of your list. If you only need some pages from one file, extract those pages first with the Split PDF tool, then add the extracted file to your merge list.

Merge PDF — frequently asked questions

Is there a limit to how many PDFs I can merge?

There is no fixed limit in the tool itself. Practical limits come from your device's memory: merging dozens of very large files at once can slow down a browser tab. For big jobs, merge in smaller batches and then combine the batches.

Will merging change the quality of my PDFs?

No. The pages are copied as they are — text, images and formatting keep their original quality. The merged file is simply the pages of each input joined in sequence.

Can I merge a PDF with a password-protected PDF?

Password-protected (encrypted) files must be unlocked first in the application that created them. Once the restriction is removed, they merge like any other PDF.

Does the order of files matter?

Yes. Pages appear in the merged document in the same order as the files in your list, so arrange them before merging. You can reorder the list as many times as you like.

Are my files sent to a server when I merge them?

No. The merge runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. Your documents are never uploaded, stored or seen by anyone else.
